Ghana Escorts Resources & Information A Guide to Escort's on Safer Sex & Client Behaviour Author John M Copyright © 12th July 2009 [Ghana Escorts]. All rights reserved. Revised: August 22, 2009 .Copying of this web page is allowed for personal use only. Its display on a web site, or by any other means, is also allowed subject to the following conditions: 1) The information and referred to link is displayed in it's entirety. 2) Credit is given to: http://www.ghanaescorts.org Specifically Ghana related additions may be deleted. The definition of the term "escort" used on this page relates to one who sells sexual services. "Escort" is interchangeable with "sex worker" or "prostitute" in this context. Forward The escort / sex worker profession has always existed in one form or another and in all likelihood always will exist. It is as much in the interest of an escort / sex worker to be knowledgeable in minimising the risks attached to her profession as it is to those that benefit from her services. Without trying to teach my granny to suck eggs, or indeed to assume that most escorts are not aware of the points dealt with on this page, never the less there are bound to be some for whom the information is of benefit. In my view, if it helps stop one escort from taking a risk she may regret at a later date, then it was well worth the effort involved. Contrary to popular belief, a professional and experienced sex worker who really knows her business, who is not dependant on her profession to obtain money for a "fix," or otherwise forced to work through the demands of a "pimp," (or criminal organisation) is usually a much safer proposition for a man seeking sex, than a promiscuous girl who sleeps around and through emotional ties, misguided trust, drink or drugs, may take chances. Also for the man that prefers experienced women, who better than someone who's living usually depends on being "good in bed?" Not all escorts appreciate this fact unfortunately. Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD's) I personally am not, neither do I profess to be, an expert on STD's or how to avoid them. I have no medical qualifications whatsoever. My practical knowledge has been learned from friendship over many years with experienced prostitutes. Their clients were entertained excitingly, but without exception, safely. As with most responsible sex workers, without harm to themselves or their clients. A great deal of information on STD'S and safer sex can be obtained from the internet. Dependent on your geographical location, many hospitals, doctor's surgeries and family planning clinics also provide free booklets on the subject. Specialist advice also can be acquired from sexual health clinics. However, almost without exception, knowledge of special benefit to the (multiple clients) escort, is lacking or scant. There is no such thing as entirely 100% safe, risk free sex. Uncompromising diligence in personal hygiene and cleanliness plus of course the use of the inevitable condom can do ought but lower the risk of contracting a Sexually Transmitted Disease. The saying: "A wood sawyer may accidentally lose his fingers in the saw blade, but he will not deliberately push them into the saw" sums up beautifully how vigilant the escort should be. Accidents can happen, but the escort cannot afford to take unnecessary risks these days. The times when nearly all STD's were mainly curable are gone. Even so, the old saying: "A standing cock's got no conscience," should always be kept in mind. In the heat of passion, a client or even an escort, may take chances. General This is not a comprehensive treatise that covers all eventualities that may happen in the course of an escorts business. To attempt such would be next to impossible. General advice pertaining to the "profession" for the benefit of the novice escort, and a reminder of the potential risks involved to the experienced escort who may have become complacent, is all that is offered. And offered out of good will and a genuine concern for the health, wealth and safety of the "professional woman." Escorts that are subject to an unscrupulous "pimp's" control, and or, are under the influence of "drugs," are sadly outside my discipline or knowledge. There are specialist professional organisations available that "should" help in a time of need, but often it is the lesser known Christian or otherwise ethically based charity, that quietly and often out of the lime light, offers the most practical help. Comradery & Collective Knowledge I believe with the notable absence of information designed to assist the escort, [perhaps because the profession is considered illegal in Ghana] a pooling of knowledge for the benefit of all engaged in the profession by others in the same profession, must be of mutual benefit. Competition aside, [Ghana Escorts'] encourages such a pooling of information for the common good of client and escort. [Input and advice from experienced escorts and or escort agencies is always welcome here.] Conscience For the escort with an acute conscience, or one who may be under much pressure to conform to society's relative values, I recommend the non judgmental "Christian" website advertised at the foot of this page. Its construction was greatly influenced by two programs on the Original Black Entertainment TV channel, both relating to prostitution in Ghana. The misrepresentation of Christianity by a humanist guest on one show so annoyed a Christian web master, he was further moved to display the real facts pertaining to the Bible and prostitution. What does the Bible actually say concerning prostitution? Not what some ministers says it says! Disclaimer This treatise is provided as a good will, in my opinion guide only and should not be considered foolproof. The author does not profess infallible knowledge of the sex worker's profession. I do not guarantee that the information offered will afford protection in all instances against Sexually Transmitted Diseases or necessarily ensure the personal safety of an escort. It is the "female's" own free choice whether or not she decides to enter or continue in her profession. My aim is not to encourage, persuade, coerce or corrupt anyone into becoming a sex worker, but try to assist those who of their own volition have chosen this life style. Advice given will undoubtedly be considered superfluous and over the top by some, but I hope not impractical. Practice can ensure that the safeguards advised are implemented smoothly, safely and professionally with barely any noticeable inconvenience to the client. ~~ ~~ ~~ Personal Safety Most clients are of a good disposition or else the profession would be untenable. The observations here (referring to potential violence) apply to the rare exceptions. Safer sex (use of a condom) must be the norm for all escort/client sexual encounters. A certificate guaranteeing a client is free from an std, is only valid up to the time of his test and cannot ensure that he is "safe" now. If an escort knows of a client that is potentially or actually violent, pass the information on to others in the profession. [Ghana Escorts, encourages cooperation between its advertisers and is always available to offer advice without interfering with the advertisers privacy.] Meeting a client. Out Calls & In Calls A degree of self confidence is obviously necessary for those engaged in the escort profession. On meeting your client be self confident and firm, take control of the situation from the outset. But don't appear bossy if you want him to come back again. (the exception being if the client is looking for a dominating mistress) Experience alone will enable you to weigh up a clients character. Be very wary if a clients breath smells of alcohol. His actions may not be those of a sober man. Always take the payment means first before providing any service, and place it discreetly out of site. Without exception, be prepared to walk away from the client if you consider him a risk. Even if it means losing your fee. Your safety must take precedence at all times. If practical meet your client in a public place. If meeting a client in his hotel, if possible tell someone you trust where you will be and approximately how long you expect to be there. If arrangements are altered, phone your friend accordingly. If chauffeured to a client, a signal should be arranged with the waiting driver to alert him of any danger. i.e. by cell phone, movement of curtains that are visible to him, or another mutually agreed means. If you consider the situation you are in is potentially dangerous, try to keep your cool. Remember "A soft word can turn away much wrath." If you over react you may provoke even more danger. Leave as quickly and discreetly as you can. If in a client's hotel room and he cuts up rough and all reasonable attempts to appease him have failed, try to leave quickly without making your intention obvious. (in whatever state of clothing you are in if need be) If all else fails, then have no inhibitions in creating a disturbance and yelling for help if possible. If alone in a clients house, do not allow yourself to be restrained (tied up, handcuffed etc.) in any way. This safeguard is applicable to many other situations you may find yourself in. If you are actually attacked, use any weapons you have at hand to defend yourself, i.e. a stiletto heeled shoe. A hard kick to the client's genitals may also temporarily disable him. Get away as quickly as you can, again irrespective of your state of clothing. Car When traveling in a clients car, many escorts do not wear a seat belt so as not to hamper a quick exit if necessary. Your decision. If you suspect there could be problems, at a convenient stop, i.e. traffic lights, check the wing mirror to ensure you won't be run over, get out and run. Sex Never do anything you are not completely at ease with. You do not have to do anything you don't want to so don't be badgered by threats or intimidation. Never have sex without a condom. Normally an escort provides the condoms herself so make sure you have plenty. Use good quality latex, or extra safe condoms. Never trust a clients own condom, it only needs a pin prick, even through the packaging, to allow semen to escape. Always use your own condoms or those you have witnessed the client buying and you have not lost sight of. If relatively inexperienced, practice putting a condom on a roughly penis shaped implement; discreetly and firmly. If using a friend as a testing model, practice unrolling condoms over his penis. (the right way is not always that easy) Once started, some escorts partly continue unrolling the condom with the penis in their mouth (danger of teeth damaging the condom) before finishing it off with their hand. Practice putting a condom on in awkward positions i.e. in a (dimly lit) car. Practice makes perfect and your resulting skill will give the client the impression you are very experienced, even if you're not. If the client puts the condom on himself, discreetly observe all his actions to ensure the condom is not damaged. Some escorts use antiseptic 'wipes' on their hands and fingers after an encounter if washing facilities are not available. Where possible, when placing a condom on to a client's penis, do it in a lit environment. It is at this time you can discreetly inspect his member to ensure there are no sores, eruptions or anything that is un to ward. This alone is no guarantee that there is not anything wrong, but some diseases such as genital herpes are usually more contagious if eruptions are present. Observe his pubic hair area in addition to his whole penis including the base. This may not be fully covered by the condom. (sometimes there is a tendency for some condom makes to slightly roll up during intercourse) If there appears to be anything wrong, don't go ahead with sex even if you have to give the client his money back. Still try to maintain a degree of sensitivity to the clients feelings despite his apparent disregard for yours. (if you suspect he knows there is something wrong) Act sensibly, try to avoid out and out confrontation. Make an excuse for not having sex, be diplomatic and perhaps do something less dangerous i.e. masturbation with a condom in place and thoroughly wash your hands afterwards. Certain illnesses i.e. diabetes may have been the cause of the eruptions, as may normal every day spots and blemishes. But don't be fobbed off with an explanation no matter how convincing. Some professional escorts are experienced and confident enough to identify possible risks and may still go ahead with sex if the eruptions are covered by the condom. This is not advised, especially for the relatively inexperienced. A prostitute I knew had a condom burst during her clients ejaculation. Immediately after the client had left, she telephoned the 'special clinic.' "My boy friend has been playing about with other women and ... " She was at the clinic within hours. There may have been little risk in this incident, but at least it shows as a professional, how vigilant you should be. Check discreetly but regularly that the condom is still in place during intercourse. This can be disguised as stimulation to "heighten" his pleasure. Remember also you may have handled his penis with your hands, so whilst there may be little evidence to support the spread of STD's in this way, as far as possible keep from touching your own lips or vagina before your hands have been thoroughly washed. Better be extra safe than sorry. If working with another girl and the client has entered her first, put on a new condom before you allow him to enter you. As soon as feasibly possible, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after they have been in contact with a client's penis. That "afore mentioned prostitute" used "Dettol" (the odourless kind I believe is available now) on her hands in addition to soap and water. No matter how well you think you know a client, never compromise safer sex or have sex of any kind without a condom in place. Never assume a client is all right because he is a regular or because you happen to know his wife & kids. You don't know how many encounters he has had since your last meeting. You may know some one as a good friend, but never put your self at risk no matter how apparently respectable he may seem. A responsible client would expect 'safer sex' anyway and appreciate your professionalism without taking it personally. Not all men are that responsible unfortunately. Enjoy the sex but keep your wits about you at all times. Wash your own genital area regularly with a soap (you are not allergic to) and water. All Night Client Prepare for no sleep, maintain vigilance, ensure your fee is more than adequate to cover the inconvenience. Take in to account the clients age and ensure you have adequate condoms. With an overnight client, sex is likely more than once. Possibly even six or more times. (particularly if he has used one or other of the sexual enhancement drugs available) Remember despite using a condom, semen will still be present around his penis after sex the first time, and again through subsequent ejaculations. Use a fresh condom every time you have intercourse. Do not allow his semen to come in to contact with any area of yours that may contain a bodily fluid. Wear knickers and a sexy nightdress if possible. Whilst some underwear is extremely provocative, check it covers your vagina adequately. Cover your genital area before and after your encounters and until his penis is hard enough again for sex. Some escorts gently but firmly wipe a clients penis clean with a tissue after intercourse. But remember, bacteria is microscopic and invisible to the naked eye. His penis will still contain traces of semen and or leakage, this may pass to the bed clothes, (wet patch) so knickers, and/or a sexy nightdress will help cover your vulnerable parts. It is useful to have tissues available anyway. If on your premises, a receptacle to place the spent (wrapped in a tissue) condom(s) in is also useful. If no receptacle is available, have another means of disposal, i.e. a carrier bag which can be rolled up small until you need it. It is admittedly difficult to be clinically clean and vigilant when engaging in a night of passion. However practice will improve your technique and you should still be able to give the client a good time that will have him coming back for more. He may even become virtually un aware of the precautions you have taken as you become more professional. An escort's profession, like any other, has to be learned and practice makes perfect. You do need to aim at getting the safety aspect right first time! There may not be second chances. Always err on the side of caution. Rather that than uninhibited gratification to please the client no matter how nice he is, or how desperate you are for his money. Your health is of prime importance. Remember you are a professional love maker! You get paid for your service. Emotional ties don't come in to it. Whilst it is impossible to be completely 100% safe from contracting an STD, if the likelihood of this happening was too great, then no sensible person would do the work. You can minimise risk to yourself without becoming fanatical. Do not worry yourself unduly if you think you may have put yourself at risk, that is of no benefit to anyone. Analyse your encounter afterwards and learn from your mistakes. Worry can have a devastating effect on your mental faculties and affect your ability to think clearly. If despite all the precautions you are still concerned about a slip you have made, the client was more than likely OK anyway. Not everyone has an incurable disease and even if a disease was present, that does not necessarily mean you will catch it. If you are still worried, get yourself checked out at an STD (sexual health) clinic. An occasional check up is advisable anyway; it is the professional and responsible thing to do. Part of the job in fact and in one sense is no more than a taxi driver going to a garage for fuel. Part of his job. There is not so much stigma attached to promiscuous sex these days (in the west at least) and you can always use the excuse mentioned above in 'sex.' Kissing Most people kiss! Many escorts do not kiss on the lips. Others feel that kissing, even deep kissing, is an acceptable risk and will engage in it with certain clients. Others, if applicable, reserve this "extra" for their boyfriend or "pimp." However, whilst not always visible, the herpes (cold sore) virus can be present and contracted through kissing. The HSV type 1 (Herpes Simplex Virus) most commonly infects the mouth and lips. This is the cause of "cold sores." If oral sex (cunnilingus) takes place with an infected person, this might cause infection of your genital region. However it is not classed the same as genital herpes, ( HSV type 2). In fact it is said that contraction of the HSV type 1 (Herpes Simplex Virus) can cause resistance to contracting the more serious HSV type 2 virus. (I have no experience to prove this one way or the other.) A large proportion of the American adult population, some reports put it as high as 50% + have herpes (the cold sore type). 20% apparently are infected with genital herpes according to statistics. Many men are un aware they are infected. At present, the disease is incurable. If you do kiss, at least discreetly look closely at a clients mouth and lips beforehand. Absence of symptoms does not guarantee the client is free from the disease, but at least if symptoms are present, you will know not to kiss. But again, make sure he is wearing a condom flavoured, or not. There are escorts that will engage in oral sex without a condom, (some advertise, "cum in my mouth") but Gonorrhoea of the throat, whilst I believe curable, is not to be desired. Anal If you allow anal sex, (not recommended) there is a big risk of HIV infection through possible tearing of anal tissue. It is thus imperative your client uses an extra safe condom. Push the covered penis in to your backside yourself. Then regularly check the condom is still in place during intercourse. Do not engage in vaginal sex afterwards without using a fresh condom. A lot to remember I know, but well and truly worth it. Keep the principles in mind at least and as far as possible apply them to whatever sexual activity you engage in. Other things like "Water Sports" (Golden Showers) one way only, you do the peeing. Rimming, and or Cunnilingus, same principle to bear in mind as in kissing. Discreetly check his lips and mouth if possible beforehand. Wax treatment. (dropping hot melted candle wax on his organ) deduce whether he is up to it before you start. Charge extra for additional services! If the sex is good enough in the first place, the client should have no need of fantasies or extra stimulation. (something you can tell him!) The Sex Workers Church Multi Denominational Bible Believing Doctrinally Sound What does the Bible actually say concerning prostitutes?
God is no respecter of persons. The Bible states that there are none righteous, no not one. We all fall short of God's perfect standard whether prostitute or priest. Even king Solomon himself fell on account of loose women? Jesus said to the proud and righteous Pharisees of His time? "The prostitutes & tax gatherers shall enter the kingdom of heaven before you." Proud & righteous!!! To the woman caught in the act of adultery Jesus said, "Let him who is without sin, cast the first stone." Mary Magdalene often referred to as a former prostitute, was the first to see the risen Christ. God actually told Hosea the old Testament prophet: "Go take thee a wife of whoredom and have children of her whoredom for the land has committed great whoredom and departed from the faith." The great man of God, Samson "went to Gaza, and saw there a harlot (prostitute) and went in to her." Judges 16 There is no condemnation for those that are in Christ Jesus. No one can earn their way into heaven, none of us are good enough. The price has been paid already for our eternal salvation. Will you accept this free gift? If you never accept it, you will never receive it. Our salvation was bought at a terrible price: Not asking you to change your ways. Just to 'Get Saved' and allow Jesus in to your life. What happens then is between you and Him. Be assured, you will never regret it. ... God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes, (trusts, clings to) in Him, should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3 : 16 - 17 It may not be the right time for you now to browse our online church. But please remember the easy names rahabschurch.com or the sister site; erringchristian.com for future reference. Hitting 'Get Saved' could determine where you spend eternity. The Creator of all really loves His creation and that includes you, the sex workers, the persons with no illusions as to how the rebellious world really is. Matthew 22 : 8 - 10 KJV ... Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. 9) Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. 10) So these servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. ... Such is our call to. All ways and everyway in order that you, the professional woman, will find truth and life most abundantly.
