Deposits We have as far as possible, resisted the call for an advance deposit to the escort. Significantly, some clients insist on sending cash to the escort as a token of their being genuine. This is usually by Registered Mail, Courier or Western Union. Notification by the escort of such intent, or receipt, is usually brought to our attention.

Paying a Deposit to the Escort This is not agency policy and any arrangement of this type is between the client and the escort herself. The agency cannot endorse or be responsible for any loss incurred as a result of sending cash or gifts through the mail, or any other means of transportation, to any escort. Neither can we be accountable in any way whatsoever for any dispute that may arise as a result of such a transaction. Grooming We keep track! Our escorts are well educated in the various techniques which may be employed by certain individuals to exploit their services. Escorts How to enrol We only have the facilities and the knowledge to cater for female escorts. An escort's initial email enquiry will be returned for confirmation.  On our receipt of the returned email, a questionnaire and model release form will be emailed to the sender. The questionnaire asks for private agency information together with information she wishes to be made available to clients. Additional material can be added.  The emailed model release form has to be agreed to and returned by the escort before any further action will be taken. If an escort is unable to copy & paste the forms in her email to the agency, then she may answer all the required questions in her own words in a normal email.

Publishing An Escorts Services On our receipt of the completed questionnaire, together with the model release form, we will free of charge design an advertisement around the information the escort has provided. It will usually then be published on our flexible web site(s).  If an escort encloses a "ready made advertisement" this can usually be accommodated on our site(s) with the agency contact details. We reserve the right to modify the advertisement accordingly should it be deemed necessary.  An escort may include up to 20 pictures  If we publish an advertisement on additional sites, such pictures could be advantageous and add variation. Also on certain hosts pictures can be included that do not breach their TOS. On others, virtually anything is permissible. We can discuss this (free of charge) possibility after the initial promotion.

Our Escort Picture Galleries  The main picture galleries (http://www.deniseghana.com) are strictly escort related, and our usual means of initial promotion. If unable to contact an escort by the normal provided means, we will not normally snail mail an escorts home address, or use her private phone number. Removal of services    In the event an escort no longer requires our services, please notify us accordingly and related advertisements will be removed.    The safety of all escorts contracted to us is of uppermost importance.   Whilst our agency stipulations may not be suitable for all escorts, they are never the less the way we operate (take it or leave it) and they prove beneficial in the long run for the serious professional woman. There are an innumerable number of agencies where such provisos are not necessary and obviously an escort has the free choice to use their facilities in preference.

Returned Emails   If our or a forwarded clients emails to en escort are consistently returned Mailer Daemon and or other, we will no longer forward a clients mails to that escort and notify the client(s) accordingly. Such is not applicable where a client can contact/mail an escort directly. If it is then deemed by us the arrangement has not proven satisfactory for whatever reason, the escorts advertisements will be removed from all our sites. The escort will be notified of this intention in advance and is at liberty to argue her case. If such a circumstance ever arises, the escort should remove, forward or otherwise dispose of mail in her ghanaescorts.com mail account. The agency will delete the email account after a further 1 month period. Any mails, pics or other information left in the account, will be inetrievably lost.   Assuming no major problems, the escort's account will remain live after the probationary period.

Terms / Update / Posted /4th April 2008 Removal of an Escorts Advertisement We have the right to remove an escorts advertisement at any time and will not be responsible for any loss of earnings or inconvenience incurred by the escort as a result of our action.  Should an occasion arise where an advertisement by request, circumstance or instigated by the agency, needs to be removed from our site(s), this can usually be implemented in a short time.
